Our Hot Honey Journey

Hot honey was created to accompany food at Bella Ciao Cafe as a result of our desire to offer a unique and versatile condiment to our customers. We wanted to provide a flavour that combined the sweetness of honey with a hint of spicy heat to elevate the culinary experience for our customers. After experimenting with different ingredients, we developed a sercert recipe that perfectly balanced the natural sweetness of honey with just the right amount of heat from chilli. This delightful combination was designed to complement a variety of dishes on our menu, adding a touch of complexity and depth to the flavours. The creation of hot honey has since become a beloved staple at Bella Ciao Cafe, enhancing the dining experience and delighting our customers with its distinctive taste.

When customers fell in love with our hot honey as a perfect addition to their meals, they started asking if they could buy jars to take home. And that's how Bella Ciao's Hot Honey Journey began! We happily expanded our offerings so that our customers could enjoy the delightful flavour of our hot honey in their own homes. This transformation turned our beloved accompaniment into a cherished product, bringing joy to our customers' dining experiences wherever they are.
